More than three decades later, that philosophy shines in Saint Auguste, the domaine’s flagship cuvée.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2020 vintage blends 65% Syrah and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested from organically farmed vineyards in the Var.
