Overview & Distillery

Triana PX is an exceptionally rich and decadent Pedro Ximénez Sherry, crafted from grapes that are sun-dried to raisins before fermentation, concentrating natural sugars and flavours. The resulting wine is intensely sweet, velvety and syrup-rich, offering luxurious notes of fig, date, toffee, caramel and dark chocolate.

Despite its sweetness, the acidity keeps it balanced and drinkable, making it one of the most indulgent dessert wines in Sherry. Presented in a 50cl bottle, it is perfect for sharing, pairing, or enjoying a small glass after dinner as a liquid dessert.

Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana is one of Sanlúcar de Barrameda’s most respected historic producers, founded in 1792. While famous for their Manzanilla “La Gitana,” they also produce exceptional sweet Sherries using traditional solera ageing in ancient American oak casks.

Triana is their flagship PX expression — showcasing the natural richness of raisined Pedro Ximénez grapes and the depth only long oxidative ageing can provide.
