2022Crux Malbec comes from Mendoza, Argentina's most important wine-producing region and one of the world's great homes of Malbec. Sitting in the foothills of the Andes, Mendoza benefits from abundant sunshine, dry conditions and dramatic differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures, allowing grapes to develop generous ripe fruit while retaining valuable freshness.
Malbec has become synonymous with Argentina, thriving in Mendoza's high-altitude vineyards and producing deeply coloured wines characterised by dark fruit, floral aromas and naturally supple tannins. The region's combination of elevation, sunshine and well-drained soils gives the variety a distinctive balance of richness and vibrancy.
