2022DeLoach Russian River Valley Pinot Noir comes from one of California’s most respected cool-climate Pinot Noir regions, where fog influence and moderate temperatures help preserve the grape’s aromatic complexity and finer structure. Russian River Valley Pinot tends to offer more richness than Burgundy, but with enough freshness and detail to remain clearly Pinot rather than generic red fruit.
DeLoach is a producer with strong Pinot credentials, and this bottling shows a balanced, regionally appropriate style: generous enough for Californian drinkers, but restrained enough to feel genuinely varietal.
