Distinctive, fresh, and unmistakably Irish, Dingle Original Gin is a handcrafted expression of the rugged beauty of Ireland’s southwest coast. Produced in small batches at the Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, this artisanal gin captures the essence of its environment with a carefully curated selection of locally foraged botanicals.
Distilled in copper pot stills named Oisín and Méabh, Dingle Gin delivers a beautifully balanced spirit — classic in style yet layered with wild Irish character. Bottled at 42.5% ABV, it is crisp, aromatic, and exceptionally smooth, with a delicate interplay of juniper, citrus, herbs, and heather.
A true pioneer of Ireland’s craft spirits movement, Dingle Original Gin has become one of the country’s most celebrated premium gins — a reflection of place, purity, and passion.
Founded in 2012, Dingle Distillery was among the first independent distilleries to emerge from Ireland’s new wave of craft distilling. Established by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley, the founders of Porterhouse Brewing Company, the distillery’s mission was to create spirits deeply rooted in Irish provenance and tradition.
Situated on the edge of the Wild Atlantic Way, Dingle’s microclimate and pristine water supply lend a unique terroir to its spirits. Every batch of Dingle Gin is distilled in small quantities, with hand-selected botanicals sourced from the surrounding Kerry landscape — including heather, fuchsia, and bog myrtle.
Dingle Distillery’s dedication to craft and authenticity has positioned it as a leader in Ireland’s premium spirits renaissance, producing award-winning gin, vodka, and whiskey.
