Produced at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, the Gunpowder range is born from a spirit of curiosity and global inspiration. PJ Rigney, the distillery’s founder and master distiller, created this limited-edition expression after sourcing rare Sardinian Citrus during his travels in the Mediterranean.
Each botanical is distilled separately in traditional copper pot stills and vapour stills to preserve its unique aromatic profile. The Sardinian Citrus Edition captures the distillery’s philosophy perfectly — blending Irish craft with far-flung ingredients to produce a spirit of world-class complexity and character.
