Farina Soave Classico 2024
A pristine and mineral-driven Soave Classico with crisp citrus, floral lift, and refreshing acidity. Elegant, expressive, and beautifully poised.
From the Soave Classico DOC in Veneto, Italy. Produced by the Farina winery, this wine is crafted from a traditional blend of 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave, highlighting the region’s signature style.
Fresh lemon zest and lime blossom take centre stage on the palate, joined by notes of green apple and pear. Delicate floral nuances of white blossom and almond are woven through, while a subtle saline minerality adds depth and textural focus. The finish is clean, persistent, and bright, with lingering citrus and mineral accents.
Vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks, this wine preserves its pure fruit expression and bright character. It pairs beautifully with seafood, light pasta dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses, and vegetable-based dishes.
Best served chilled at 8-10°C, it also makes for an excellent aperitif. A quintessential representation of Veneto’s finest white wines, offering a versatile and refined drinking experience.
Farina Soave Classico comes from the historic heart of Soave, a legendary appellation in the Veneto known for producing some of Italy’s most refined and terroir-distinct white wines. This region’s volcanic and limestone-rich soils, combined with cool breezes from nearby Lake Garda, contribute to wines with remarkable freshness, clarity, and minerality.
This wine is crafted predominantly from Garganega, the indigenous white grape at the core of Soave’s identity. The variety is prized for its aromatic intensity, natural acidity, and ability to express soil nuances with finesse. Farina - a producer with deep roots in Soave and a reputation for meticulous vineyard work - focuses on showcasing purity of fruit and a sense of place. Sustainable viticulture and careful winemaking ensure that freshness and structure are preserved in every bottle.
The 2024 vintage highlights the clarity and vibrancy that define classic Soave Classico: bright fruit, aromatic lift, and mineral drive.
A dry white wine made primarily from Garganega, offering citrus freshness, orchard fruit, and subtle almond notes. The style is clean and elegant, with more texture and softness than very sharp Sauvignon Blanc styles, while remaining crisp and refreshing.
