The whiskey was initially sourced from leading Irish distilleries and aged in first-fill bourbon casks before being carefully blended and bottled in Derry.
The long-term vision for The Quiet Man is to bring distilling back to Derry — a city once known for its rich whiskey tradition — through the development of The Quiet Man Distillery, the first to operate in the region in over 100 years.
